Farmside Pick Up

Although farmers markets are deemed an essential business and are allowed to be open in NY state, we’ve opted to forgo hosting a farm stand, in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy. Instead, we will offer a weekly curbside pick up of your pre-ordered items at the farm so you and your family can still get healthy, wholesome food, in the safest possible way.

How It Works

  • Order your items online, the week before pick up. Order deadline is Thursday at 4pm.
  • Pick up your pre-ordered, farm fresh produce, right at the farm.
  • Each vegetable grab bag will be $25 worth of produce, items will vary depending on the season and availability.
  • Pick up will be once per week, Saturdays from 11am till 2pm at the farm, 246 Normal Avenue, beginning June 6th.
  • Produce grab bags are first come, first served, ordered on a weekly basis; we are not able to take orders more than one week in advance.
  • We cannot take special requests or guarantee specific items.
  • We will not have the capacity to let you know what we’ll have available in advance.
  • We will not be able to accommodate pick up outside of the specified time and place. Any orders not picked up will be promptly donated to the Food Bank of WNY. There will be no refunds issued.
  • We will use paper shopping bags to pack your vegetables, and plastic produce bags when necessary. We will not be able to collect and reuse these.
  • All orders will be prepaid online each week using a credit or debit card.
  • We will be accepting credit cards and cash at the pick up location for a limited amount of items. There will be a secure cash box for you to put your payment into; we will not be able to make change.
  • We will accept WIC and FMNP checks, contact us for more info.

Example of a Vegetable Bag

One bunch each of radishes, kale, beets, kohlrabi, parsley, 1 large head lettuce, 1 lb of cucumbers, and 1 lb of tomatoes.

Add On Items

More than just vegetables!

We will have add-on items including our handmade soap and fresh cut flowers, local farm fresh eggs, Butter Block pastries, Fiegel Apiaries Honey, handmade face coverings and cloth produce bags, and a few others. Order these items in advance to guarantee them at pick up. Some of these  items will be available for purchase at pick up, when available.

Our Practices

During this time of uncertainty, we want you to be assured we are adhering to the most stringent sanitation and hygiene practices on our farm and during the delivery process. We will have a limited amount of produce this season because we have made the difficult decision not to hire additional help. The three of us who are on the farm will be the only people planting, harvesting, washing, packing, and delivering. Any goods coming into the farm are sanitized with bleach solution or 70% isopropyl alcohol. We are also practicing strict social distancing, and staying on the farm. All of the items we need are ordered, shipped to us, and are properly sanitized when they arrive.
